Many single mothers beat themselves up over and over due to the fact that they just knew they had found the right guy and would have the perfect family together. However, things didn’t turn out the way that you had planned so now what?
There are millions of people out there who did not plan to be single mothers yet they manage to succeed and give their child the best. Trust me I am one to know. I am a single mother, a stay at home mom, a freelance writer and a full time college student. Things I can agree are not easy and they probably won’t be for a while. However, I love both of my boys and that is what keeps me going every day.
Quite a few single mothers feel as though once they are left along to raise a child that the world has stopped turning. However, there are ways to manage. Thanks to the way that technology has advanced thus far. For example, if you are a young single mother and want to get a degree why not try online classes. This way you can know all of your assignments for the month and the due dates. You can either work while your child is sleep or when they are away with the grandparents. Then there are those who want more money but don’t want to spend a lot of time away from their kids. This is totally understandable this describes me perfectly. However, there is a solution to this as well and it is quite simple. Look around and find jobs online – yes there are legit one’s out there. This way you can set your own schedule, ditch the babysitter or daycare and spend more time with your kids.
Just remember whenever you get discouraged that being a single mom is not the end of the world and in the end you will see the benefits that came out of the situation.
